Issues with New Gens update for Lilith 7

Hey guys,
well, I tried pm-ming 3feetwolf but never got a reply.... Maybe some of you guys can help.
I recently tried using new gens on Lilith 7, got the 'no can do' message, and got the update that would supposedly solve the probelm. So, well, ok, the gens load now but I get an error message (that says to check the logs) and the gens are a colorless blob. Any thoughts? Have you guys used that update?
