models and props not working in daz

okay here's the deal I stumbled upon this website not too long ago decided to try it out I wanted to test out the products to see if everything works properly the only problem is I keep getting a message saying that the file can't find the models or props I just downloaded I don't know if the solution is simple or not but any help would be great

First make sure the products are properly installed. Go here and read:

Second, be sure you checked the product page and have ALL REQUIRED MODELS.
That should help

ok I followed the instructions and have the models that are needed but every time I bring it up all I get is grey blocks

OK for some reason, when this happens to me I have to install the product into the Daz folder where the program is installed to the computer. this more than often takes care of the problem.
