Renderotica is committed to maintaining a website where artists can feel free to express their creativity in whatever manner they wish within specific limitations. These limitations are controlled by laws impacting and governing Renderotica's business and staff.
These limitations are listed here and are not allowed in ANY section of this website including but not limited to: Gallery (Image posts, Descriptions or Comments); Community (Forums and Blogs); and Private Messages.
DEPICTION OF CHILDREN OR CREATURES RESEMBLING CHILDREN (INCLUDING IMAGINARY CREATURES SUCH AS FAIRIES) UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, INCLUDING NON-EROTIC SITUATIONS.
IMAGES THAT INCLUDE TEXT SPECIFYING OR IMPLYING THAT AT LEAST ONE OF THE CHARACTERS IS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR THAT INCLUDE PROPS AND SCENERY IMPLYING SUCH, ARE FORBIDDEN.
Your models and characters must all clearly appear to be 20 years of age or older. Images not meeting these requirements will be removed at the Content Moderator's discretion.
NO IMAGES OF PEOPLE HAVING SEX WITH ANIMALS. NO IMAGES OF ANIMALS HAVING SEX WITH PEOPLE.
Animals include any animal that can be found living on earth in the present time. Mythological beasts and fantasy creatures are acceptable as long as they don't closely resemble real living creatures. For instance, a unicorn would not be allowed as it too closely resembles a horse, however a minotaur would be allowed so long as it stood on two legs like a man.
The copyright of all material (software and content) provided on the Renderotica website remains property of the original holder. Renderotica reserves the right to use images posted on this site in its day-today operations and in its promotional material. Members reserve the right to and are able to remove their contribution from the Renderotica website at any time. For areas where this is not the case, requests will be handled by the administration on a timely basis.
Any use of the material inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth by the owner is prohibited and will be considered an infringement of the copyrights of the owner.
Renderotica strictly prohibits the use of any promotional URLs or references to other websites, regardless of whether the URL or reference directs to a personal or non-commercial website. This can include Links or Site References in Blogs, Forum Posts, Images and/or their Descriptions, Signatures or Comments.
Links in your Personal Settings: Promotional links to non-commercial websites are permissible in the links field within your Personal Settings (Homepage, Facebook, Twitter, Deviant Art, NOT Signature). Promotional links to commercial websites are strictly prohibited in Personal Settings.
Why are personal / non-commercial links allowed in your Personal Settings and not elsewhere? Because if the link needs to be removed or edited it can be done so in ONE place whereas every single submitted image, blog, forum post, or comment containing the link would need to be removed or edited.
Informational Links: Informational URLs are immune from this links policy. Site administrators reserve the right to determine the distinction between informational and advertising URLs.
Renderotica allows each gallery viewer to change their Gallery User Preferences to filter types of images they do not want to see. It is important to select the appropriate categories and preferences for your images when posting to improve everyone's gallery experience. Images found to be improperly submitted may be removed without warning or notice.
Content decisions and policy adherence is at the discretion and determination of Site Administrators and/or Content Moderators.
Posting forbidden content will be viewed as a violation of Renderotica's TOS or Community Policies and may result in your membership being revoked. You will be given ONE warning (although we reserve the right to revoke your membership without warning if we feel you are intentionally violating the policies). The decisions of the administrators regarding the removal of images are final and not open to negotiation. If you are not sure about the content of your image, please ask the Content Moderator to review it BEFORE you post it.
If you disagree with a decision on an image violation, you may feel free to discuss it privately with the administrators. Taking your grievance with a decision into the public forums or gallery system will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the community.
There is a "Report Abuse" link above every image, to allow our members to report images they believe violate our Community Polices. Removing the image is at the discretion of our Content Moderator. Reporting an image or post does not guarantee it will be removed.
Renderotica is here for the enjoyment of its Member community and staff. We offer public forums and encourage you to post your views and questions at Renderotica. Respectful behaviour will be expected and monitored.The following are the rules of conduct:
Members found to be in violation of these rules will usually receive one warning. If the situation continues to occur, their membership may be suspended or terminated. Depending upon the case, site administrators reserve the right to express to other members of the Renderotica website the reasons for the membership being revoked. In extreme cases, banning may be immediate and without warning.
Please note that the above rules cannot cover every topic that might present itself. Site administrators reserve the right to make decisions on any content violations that are not covered by these policies.
Soliciting and/or Trading of Illegal Software is forbidden
Renderotica does not tolerate warez, period. Any member of the Renderotica website found requesting or trading illegal software or files will be immediately banned from the Renderotica website.
