Material presets to adjust the size of the "hole" are under "HoleSize" folder.

Morphs for adjusting are under "Parameter - Rigging".

Unzip the file and drag all the folders inside the "Library" folder  under your original "My library" folder. OR drag all the folders inside under any folder mapped as "base directory" inside DAZ Studio.
