Unzip and past on "My Library"
To use the Ouftif check on Daz in People:

> Genesis 3 Female > Clothing > ROM FX > DOOM STRAPS
> Genesis 8 Female > Clothing > ROM FX > DOOM STRAPS

*To use, select your G3F or G8F character, and just apply with a double click on clothe's the icon 
*To change the colors, styles etc select DOOM STRAPS on your G8F, go to folder "Materials" and they subfolders, double click on the selected color or style icon
