Thank you for purchasing the Facades Pack #6; Red Light District from CGbytes.com The Facades Pack #6 is a new facade with a unique "showcase window" style and supporting items such as a wall mounted catwalk, wall mounted dance tube, street lamps, a "love shack", paypoint/ dispensing machine and some sexy wall mounted lighted screen signs. The Facades Pack #6 is a companion product to the other "Facades" Street Level Exterior Packs availabe at daz3d and CGbytes.com Facade Pack # 1 "Industrial Pack" Facade Pack # 2 "The Basics Pack" Facade Pack # 3 "Residential Pack" Facade Pakc # 4 "Commercial Pack" Facade Pack # 5 "Bays Pack" Facades Pack #6 is an expansion to the other Facade packages. Use a zip file utility to extract the contents of this zip file. Make sure the "use folder names" option is checked. Place the contents into the path that your poser.exe file is located, for example: c:/program files/Curious Labs/Poser 5 (do not include "runtime") Do not include "runtime" in the path you specify, the zip file will automatically place the files in the runtime folder structure if you have the use folder names optiones checked. The files will be placed in your characters library under the following names: Facades Rotica DAZ STUDIO USERS: This package is created for Poser 5 and above. It should would in Daz Studio, however, you will have to manually adjust some material properties for the ambient lit materials which include: Street Lamps Display screens and buttons Signs screens Neon light and any other ambient lit materials. You will need to change the Diffuse and reflection color values from black to white. Look at the advertising promo images for reference as to what should be ambient lit. Description of elements: Assembly 1 - The Package includes a pre-assembled street alcove alley with the Rotica facade, a couple of love shacks, street lighting and catwalk wall. You can combine this pre-assembly with other pre-assemblies in the other Facade packs to create a simple street scene. There is a null base figure that all the elements and figures of the assemblies are parented to. You can move the entire assembly by picking the null base. Null base - The null base figure is a non-rendering, diamond shaped figure that sits close to the ground plane. The null base is used as the base or parent object that you will want to parent your figures to if you are creating a scene or assembly you'd like to save back to the library. All the provided assemblies in the Facades packages use the null base system for parenting. Street Lamp 1 and 2: These are simple street lamps, place them where ever you wish. They also make cool building mounted lamps if you tilt them on their side and stick them to a wall. Column 7 (Basic) - This is a generic column that is available in all the Facades Packs. This column is used to attach signs / banners and other prop figures to it. Rotica Sign 1 and 2 - There are 2 large display screen signs in the Package. You can place these anywhere to do a little bit of advertising. Sign 1 is posable with an adjustable length connector bar. Special thanks to Martin Walsh (MimefromHell at renderotica) for the design graphics for the large dispay signs. Love Shack - The love shack is a small, simple shack that mounts on the generic wall. It's got ambient lit lights and an ambient lit display screen. Inside is a matress platform for comfort. All walls, ceiling and floor can be hidden for good view points. Prop Catwalk - the catwalk prop is a small wall mounted catwalk so the "performers" can strut their stuff and show their wares to prospective customers. Prop Dance tube - This is a clear dancing tube you can place a "performer" in to show of their wares. Prop Steps - This is a small set of steps in case you need them. Prop Vending Machine - This is a paypoint machine that can be used for the Love Shack. Mount it to any surface. It has some ambient lit lights and panels for some "hygien" products. CORNER MODULES AS DESCRIBED BELOW ARE IN EACH PACKAGE. Corner Module 1 - This corner module has 2 posable flanges that can be angle adjusted to allow an outside corner look of any angle. Place this corner module at the end of your standard facade when you want to turn a corner. Corner Module 2 - This is a large circular corner module that also allows you to have an any-angle corner. This column is divided into 8 segments that can be turned off if you want to incorporate an interior scene. This will prevent any of the column from showing into a window. This corner module also provides a large corner radius for the sidewalk. Corner Module 3 - This corner module is a sidewalk only figure. It has a smaller corner radius. It should be used in conjunction with corner module 1. Corner Module 4 - This corner module is used for an inside corner if you want to have 2 facades bend like an elbow. Wall Generic - This is a generic standard facade wall that is available in all the facades packages. The top floor, bottom floor and sidewalk can be hidden. The generic wall can be used as filler facades between the standard facades. Wall Rotica 1 - This is the main Facade that has a posable door entrance and showcase window. 2 display signs are parented to this facade. Wall Rotica 2 - This is a generic wall with a "Love Shack" already parented to it as wall as the paypoint vending machine. Wall Rotica 3 - This is a generic wall with a display sign, catwalk and dance tube already parented to it.
