2. Set a new base directory in your content Library to the extracted folder OR simply drag and drop the files from the "Props" folder into the DAZ workspace.
3. If you wish to change the colors of various elements of the furniture, click on them with Surface Selection Tool.
4. If you wish to move around the object, make sure you group the elements together by parenting the various parts by dragging them on top of each other in the Scene tab.
