stimuli's V3 Assassin animated pose pack (special thanx to payton kerr for the suggestion of this pose) [-INSTALLATION-] simply inzip into your poser folder and the files should find where they need to go on their own. You may receive prompts to overwrite files. I recommend overwriting any older versions of my files because i am constantly updating and improving things like the readme, expressions and the feedback questionaire. WATCH CLOSELY to see what files it wants to overwrite before clicking "yes". If its not one of my files, dont overwrite it. PROGRAMS OTHER THAN POSER This pose is optimized with all keyframes activated to facilitate better performance in programs outside of Poser such as Daz Studio, Carrara, 3DstudioMax and others. This process does require opening the pose in Poser first and exporting from there. Please Consult relative documentation concerning the transfer of Poser scenes into the program of your choice. ~note~~ This (and all my other poses) have been designed to work in Poser 4 and up. Poser 4 only allows library folders to go 1 folder deep, so P4 users will need to manually organise these files to your liking as P4 will allow. Due to the huge number of customised figures out there, it is impossible to make an animated pose that will look perfect with every one of them. You may have to do a little tweaking depending on your figure and scene. In general These poses are created using the "stock" morph settings for each character so the poses will look best using default settings. As the size and muscularity of your figures vary, the hand positioning in these poses may seem to drift further from "correct". If this becomes a particular issue in your scene, you can always email me ([email removed]) with the problem you're having and I may be able to help you line things up better. This readme will also address certain issues that may help. >[-INSTRUCTIONS-]< 1) Load Your favorite Victoria 3 character. 2) MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON FRAME 1 OF YOUR ANIMATION! Also make sure poser is set at 30 frames per second (fps). By default poser is set to 30 fps. If you want to make sure you can check the keyframe editor palette by clicking on the button with a key on it in the lower right hand corner. *Poser will ask if you want to add frames to your animation. Click "yes". 3) With Victoria 3 selected, double click the (stim V3Assassin1) pose in the poser library (the folder "stim anipose"). 4) ON FRAME 1 Load a Micheal 3 figure and, with him selected, apply his corrosponding pose (stim M3Assassin1). 5) Add whatever scene elements you wish(lights, furniture, clothes, hair etc.) 6) Then make a movie and loop it to your heart's (or any other body part's) content. 7) Shake well and bake at 350 degrees (KIDDING!!!) If you'd like to see an example of this pose used in an animation check my gallery (stimuli) at Renderotica.com. [-troubleshooting-] 1) "When I click the play button in Poser my figures turn into big funky blocks bumping into each other!" This is the "tracking" setting in Poser. Tracking needs to be set to "full". If you are using Poser5 you will find 3 little buttons next to each other on the right hand side of the posing window...click the bottom one. In Poser 6, 7 and 8 the tracking buttons are a small drop down menu on the bottom left of the window. Choose the bottom option in this little menu. 2) "The movement of my figures seems slow and clunky!" It probably will if you just click the play button in poser and watch it there. The best way to see these poses (or any animation) in all their glory is by clicking "make movie" in the animation drop down menu. Try making a movie using the normal display settings first, NOT A RENDERED ANIMATION FIRST. Rendering an animation can take a loooooooong time depending on the number of frames, whats all in the scene and how powerful your computer is. However, once you're sure you have your scene just right and are patient enough to wait for it all to render, nothing beats the beauty and sense of accomplishment of a fully rendered animation you made yourself! =) 3) "I made a movie and it looks great but when I play it, it just plays once then stops!" This actually has to do with the media player you're using to view the animation (windows media player, quicktime, divx etc.) The Player needs to be set to LOOP or REPEAT. In Windows media player you'll find a little box with 2 arrows in it at the bottom right of the player (in full mode). These poses are designed specifically for looping. 4) "Why haven't you made poses for (insert figure name here)?" I've tried to make poses for what I believe to be the most popular figures in use today.....plus I just dont own every figure out there (yet). My opinion of what figures are most popular may be different than yours so please let me know if there are figures you would like to see poses for. The included feedback questionaire can help with this. Also, these poses may work with other figures with some patient tweaking. 5) "Please start making bondage, torture, nonconsentual, male/male, tentical poses!!" While some poses are a technical challenge (how would I make easy-to-use tentical poses?) others are all about personal preferances. I'm slowly but surely attempting the popular bondage poses, so watch for more of those. Male/male is a little more difficult because, well, Im hetero. I believe making good poses and animations requires a certain amount of affection for your characters....male/male poses are difficult for me to wrap my mind around. Fear not, however! Your requests have not fallen on deaf ears....Ive been discussing the issue with people and male/male poses may in fact become a reality. Also they've notified me that some of the poses Ive already made will work with male/male scenes. As for torture and rape....I seriously doubt it. I like women and have no desire to see them come to any harm or be forced into something they dont want and this is reflected in my work. I realise there is a difference between fantasy and reality but I believe fantasy contributes to a person's state of mind and has an influence on behavior. I have no intention of contributing to the problem of violence against women. However....requests for such material from ACTUAL WOMEN may have an infleunce on my opinion. 7)"what is this BVH stuff I got with your poses?" BVH files are files of an animation based on its "bones structure" and how those bones move relative to each other. They are basically animated poses without all the extra Poser information (like morphs) that can be used in just about any 3d program. BVH files are also what are generated from motion capture used in video games and movies. Ive included these so that the poses Ive made can be used in other programs besides Poser. DISCLAIMERS---- *All my poses are intended for use in almost any creative way you can think of but I ask that if you use my poses in animations for public view, wether its for profit or not, please give Stimuli Aniposes a mention or shout out or whatever. *none of my poses should be resold or redistributed in whole or in part without my (Brian Garver a.k.a. stimuli) expressed written consent. *This pose was created using the default morph settings on M3 and V3 to make the application of the pose easier. This pose is intended for use in ADULT realistic or anime scenes. Under NO circumstances should it be used in scenes to depict child-like (under 18 in U.S.) figures. As an anime fan I understand the ambiguities in appearance some anime characters may portray and the confusion this may cause with western audiences. When in doubt turn the realistic dial up and the "young" dial into the negative numbers. No animals were harmed in the making of this pose... although my butt hurts from sitting here this long. WARNINGS---- -Do not use while driving or operating heavy machinery. -This product may cause arousal. If erection lasts more than 4-6 hours consult a physician or significant other. Or just rub one out. -As with any poser product, this pose may cause mild addiction or dependancy if not used in moderation. If this occurs, consult a psychiatrist and get a job. *** special thanx to Markr for his wise tech support. Also thanx to everyone in the Renderotica chatroom for their ongoing support and thanx to Diane for believing in my work. If I've left anyone out, please send me the standard angry email and I'll add you.*** P.S. If you have any questions or comments (good or bad) or would simply like to buy me a car, email me at [email removed] I have included a Feedback Questionair to assist with this. Your feedback can help me make future animated poses better. P.P.S. If you've read this far you have entirely too much free time. now go have fun because I said so =P This readme will self destruct in 5 seconds.
