In the props library, 2 smarts props to cap the cheast and the neck. For the pose 1, use the mat pose "head cut REM setup" so that the head of V4 is not decapited. When you use the mat poses INJ head cut, then you can move the head V4 wherever you want. To do this, select Victoria's neck and drag with the translations dials(xyz). Note that the head remains in the hierarchy of the body, so if you move the body of the V4 head will follow. You can use the morphs and other expressions as usual and the hair will stick to the head. The three dials movement of the guillotine are grouped on the body.
