Thank you for puchasing The Pulp Noir interior setting "The Dungeon Set 4" Caged Heat
package from Davo

To install, open the zip file and extract the contents (make sure "use folders" option is checked) to
the location of your poser.exe file.

For example: c:/program files/curious labs/poser 5

Do not include "runtime" in the extraction path, it is already specified in the zip file.


The files will be extracted to:

Figures/Characters library:

Pulp Noir / The Dungeon 4 / (chamber, cage 1 for V4 and cage 1 for M4, cage 2, hanging posts, gallow post, bezier and winch tower)


Pose library:

Pulp Noir / The Dungeon 4 / (chamber pit poses, cage 1 poses for m4 and v4, cage 2 poses for m4 and v4, tower rope poses)


Props library:

Pulp Noir / The Dungeon 4 / smart prop ankle, wrist and neck cuffs for M3, V3, M4 and V4


 
The Dungeon Set 4 figures are described below..

! Chamber: The chamber is a fully posable room with bench seating walls, steps, door, outter corridor, pit floor with adjustable
water level and plain floor (if you don't want the pit).  All the walls, ceiling and floors can be moved out of view for better
viewing angles and un-obstructed renders.
There are 2 pose files in the pose library that will hide/unhide the pit floor.  The pit floor has an adjustable water level that
can be moved up and down. The pit floor can be used in conjunction with the winch tower to lower the cages into the pit.

There is a shadow casting and non-shadow casting version of the chamber. If you are a novice or not skilled with lighting, you may
want to choose the non-shadow casting version as it will allow light to pass through the walls and ceilings without making the scene
dark.

Cage 1 for M4 and V4: These 2 cages are designed to fit M4 and V4 specifically.  If you want to try to fit another figure in them, you can,
however, other figures have not been tested.  The back of the cage moves all the cage. The front swings out and the lock pads are posable.
There is an old style padlock included if you want to use it.  There is a pose file for M4 and V4 to fit them in the cages. You may want to
slide V4 up a bit higher if you want to see her face better.

Cage 2: This cage will fit any figure. There are some various pose files for M4 and V4 in the pose library. The door is posable. You can
use the old style padlock on the cage if you wish.

Fire Bezier: This is a hot coal bezier you can use to stick under the cages to heat up your figures. There is a displacement map and
ambient light zone so the coals glow in a dark scene.

Gallow Post: This is a height adjustable post that has 2 hook/chain assemblies so it will accomodate 2 hanging cages.  The chain mounts
can be moved from side to side.

Hanging Post: This is a single cage hanging post. It can fit cage 1 and 2. There is a length morph to lenghten the hanging arm. If you
lengthen the arm, you will have to move the chain forward to fit onto the chain mount/bracket.
 
Wall Mount: This is the same as the Hanging Post, except there is no post, it is just the top assembly as a stand alone. Same notes as
above apply. You can stick this Wall Mount onto any wall to hang things from.

Winch Tower: This tower is intended to raise and lower a cage into a pit (like the pit in the chamber). There are 4 separate rope
segments of varying lengths that are hidden in posts supporting the overhead arm. There are pose files that will shift the chain/hook
up and down and add the correct rope segment. This will give the appearance of the cage/hook moving up and down.  The rope wheel spins
and there is a side to side morph for the rope that leads from the rope wheel to the end of the overhead arm.


Props:

There are smart prop wrist and ankle cuffs with rope or chain loops attached to them.  These are smart props and
will snap into place and be parented to your character automaticaly.  There are cuffs for M3, M4, V3 and V4.

This package is also a good companion product to the "Downstairs" package as well.
Actually, it's a good companion product for all my other packages.. heh heh heh.
