It is made to be as realistic as possible utilizing the full power of Nvidia Iray shader. Blinded by Cum is made for creating ultra-realistic Cum in eyes fetish scenes. The props can be used with or without a shell. When a shell is loaded it will give you thicker cum and without the shell, the cum will be more transparent.
