Morphs are under "Parameters -- Rigging".

Morphs are for control band fwd/aft, croth & butt area. Use feetshrink morph when wearing shoes to make it inside of shoes.

Unzip the file and drag all the folders inside the "Library" folder  under your original "My library" folder. OR drag all the folders inside under any folder mapped as "base directory" inside DAZ Studio.
