Extract the compressed files into your Poser runtime, and the files will 
install themselves correctly.

Usage Tips or Limitations: 
 
The poses have been tested in P7 and P8, but should work well in P6 as well as 
Daz Studio. No genital poses or expressions included.  
The poses are not optimized for morphed figures or figures posed with clothing 
or hair, and may require some adjusting if such if used.
