Bra ...comes with two dForce simulation options,
loose>breasts pop out(default)
and 
sticky>covers the nipples(mostly)
Load the above desired options (MATS)and then run dForce simulation.

Use Timeline to create best dforce effects
Under Timeline TAB
Frame - 0 -     default pose and default body shape
Frame -10 -    desired pose and desired implant shape and desired dForce Bra options.

then run dforce Simulation with below mentioned settings-
