************************************************************ *Product Name: Captive *Copyright January 2011 *By: Andrus63 *Contact: [email removed] ************************************************************ 11 fantasy poses for one or two M4s with their V4 captive, with expressions. -------------------------------------- System Requirements: PC and Mac compatible Poser 5 and above -------------------------------------- Ownership Statement: All of this product's content was created by Andrus63 -------------------------------------- Installation Instructions: To install, open the zip file. Drop the ?runtime? folder into your Poser or Daz Studio directory, and the files should install in their proper places. You can find the contents of this product under: Libraries/pose/Captive Libraries/pose/Captive/Captivebonus Libraries/props/Andrus63/Captive and Libraries/face/Captive -------------------------------------- Usage Tips or Limitations: This set of poses is designed to work with our Dungeon Cellkit Expansion, but the main poses work fine without that set. The prop found in the library props folder contained in this product will not load unless the Dungeon Cellkit Expansion is installed. Poses in the Captivebonus sub-folder are for a chain figure found in that product. These poses are designed to work with the DAZ 3D figures Michael 4 and Victoria 4; they do work with other figures, but will require adjustment. We strongly advise that you turn inverse kinematics and limits off, as otherwise poses will not all work. Load V4 and M4(s) so that ?body? translation and rotation parameters are identical, so that the figures overlap each other. Apply poses to the correct figures - they will move into position relative to each other. Use ?body? (not ?Hip?) to move figures around the scene. Keep the parameters identical for the different figures, and the groups will stay together. You could try parenting the figures to each other?s bodies to move as a unit, but we find V4 sometimes does odd things when parented to another figure, so it?s safer to parent the M4s to V4 if you want to try this. Poses are for the default M4 and V4. The large amount of contact between the figures means that several of the poses will need adjustment for morphed figures. There is no real way to avoid this. Similarly, they may need adjustment if the figures are clothed. Some of the poses will need adjustment to take into account V4?s hair. Usually, just bending M4?s hand slightly should be sufficient. Neither the poses nor the expressions move the eyes. We generally find it is better to do this manually according to the rest of the scene, so the characters are looking in the right places. V4 expressions will work on M4 (and vice versa) but they will not look quite the same. In Poser 7 or below you may get a warning for cross-applying expressions - ignore it and click okay, and it will work. The expressions should not overwrite head morphs. The zeros will only affect the basic expressions and the M++/V++ expression morphs, not any add-on packs you may have. The M4 genital poses are for the standard DAZ M4 genitals. The chain poses work on the long chain and C11 on the short chain included in the Dungeon Cellkit Expansion. Different chains can be used instead, but obviously we'd like you to buy the Cell-kit Expansion if you haven't already got it! ;-) In all probability the chain poses will NOT work with other chains. (If you really don't want to buy the Expansion kit, there are free chains out there, and Poser primitives can be used to construct simple wristbands and posts). To use them, load the characters, put the shackles on V4's wrists, then apply the poses. Load the chains with the same Body X, Y, and Z translations and rotations as V4 and M4, and apply the chain poses, and the chains will magically leap into position. NB: If you load the shackles AFTER posing V4 then the shackles won't move into the correct position - load the shackles before posing her. If you do it in the wrong order, just repose V4 after loading the shackles and it will work. If you have the cellkit expansion, the prop will load the beams in the right places to hold V4 for poses 6 + 7, and the chain poses will put the chains into place correctly. The table and stool are the cellkit expansion items, but the poses will work just as well with other props. If you are using the cellkit props, again ensure their translations and rotations are identical to V4 and M4's body and the poses will work perfectly. Have fun! Andrus and Andrea 63 Disclaimer.
