Unzip the zip archive to your own directory of Poser. All models, poses, props and textures 
zipped suitable for Poser Runtime directory hierarchy. So all the files will be loaded 
for suitable for Poser using, automatically.

NOTES: 

* For poses where V4 is doing Fellatio use OpenUp1, OpenUp2 or ForcedOpen1 Expressions
* For poses where V4 is licking, use LickIt1 Expression
* For poses where M4 is licking, use Licking1 or Licking2 Expression
