This pose set was animated in and is intended for the latest version of Daz Studio but may work in earlier versions of DS that can handle Genesis 8 figures. If you can get it (and these Daz figures) to work in other programs like Poser, please let me know.
The closer your figure bodies are to the default Genesis 8 size and shape, the better these poses will "line up". Manual adjustment of some morphs may be necessary for the best look. Any size/shape head should work fine.

 1) Make sure you're on frame 1 of your animation (or at least the first frame you want these poses to start). These poses are animated at 30fps which is the default frame rate for Daz Studio.

  2) Load a Genesis 9 and DicktatorG9

 3) Select  figure 1 and apply the "male" pose, 
 
 4) Select  figure 2 and apply the "female" pose

 5) Select  DicktatorG9 and apply the "DicktatorG9" pose and shaping
