You are rendering in 3dlight? material presets are for IRAY only.

oh,i didn't know that.
if i changed 3dlight base mat to iray base mat,will this problem be fixed?
i can't use my gpu for a while.
anyway,if i change material,my procedure is correct?

I don't think it will work, I think the issue is the IRAY transparency on the shell that isn't handled by 3dl... So you should convert the shell gen surfaces to 3dl. You can do that loading on them a basic 3dl shader, holding control; in the pop-up window select Images: ignore. You'll need to select back on the Shell gen surfaces (they are called GoldenPalace_2254_GP_Labia Minora, etc) the opacity maps (Opacity Strength slot). Browse to find GoldenPalace_Trasparency.jpg in the Runtime\Textures\Meipex\M_GoldenPalace folder.
