Not sure I understand.
You need body poses of a pregnant V4 or morph poses to make a regular V4 pregnant?
Poses to make her pregnant are part of the V4++ add-on packs from DAZ.
Poses for a pregnant V4 would be the same as those of a regular un-prego version and there are several of said poses for V4 around still at DAZ and perhaps at *deleted*.

sorry for the late reply i just noticed @_@ i was looking for Pregnant Poses for V4 poses design with a pregnant look added. like interaction poses? i think i have all the ones from rendo also was thinking more erotic

what I would really like is morphs for the vagina and groin area to expand/widen to show deliveries more realistically.
