Don't worry :) I will help you resolve this problem.
First I would like to know more information, such as which character you wanted to apply the new gens to,  the complete error message, etc.

I have done all the upgrades (I think) but when I load a default G3F and try to run the "New Genitalia For Victoria 7", I still get

"You need to install the update package for this UV(Base Female)"

​Any useful suggestions?

Hello :)
This error message usually means that the script of NGV7 could not find the corresponding folder of textures.
So maybe NGV7 wasn't  installed correctly, I guess.
Please check the library where NGV7 was installed into and see if the following directory is existing:
'Runtime\Textures\3feetwolf\NewGenitaliaForVictoria7'

Yes, the directory exists and currently has just the BaseFemale, Monique7, and Victoria7 sub-directories in it. I have dropped you a mail as requested in other thread.

I tried running your script in DAZ Studio 4.9.3.166, it successfully applied the new gens to G3F and Monique 7.
And then I checked your log and found that the script has been successfully run on your computer.

Edit: Have you added the library folder which contains these texture folders in the Content Directory Manager?

Yes, the products are in a directory that is mapped as a DAZ3D content library. I have used them (can't recall if on this computer or not, but certainly on another) so cannot think what is going on. The sole difference between this computer and the other is that I finally caved in and installed the actual program to the default location, and both have content libraries on a different disk to the program. This computer I decided to 'do it better' and I have separate content libraries for various vendors, so a DAZ one, a '*deleted*one, and one for here, so that is another difference.

Gone back to basics - nuked all the NGV7 stuff and just installed the base product to the same location (I managed not to delete the docs so the overwrite check confirmed that) and it works! Still crashes on using the Iray version of the Divya textures. Installed the Update for Star 2 and I get:
New Genitalia For Victoria 7
You need to install the update package for this UV(Base Female).
&OK

Then installed the Update for Bethany 7 and it's back working ...
Then installed the Update for Monique 7 and it's back to not working!
Re-installed the Bethany update and, not surprisingly, it's back working.

Tried a Bethany skin texture and all was well but not for Monique (not surprising I assume from the need for script updates for each new UV set).
Ran the 'Upgarde the script' script and NGV7 now loads for Monique UV but get:

hi, please try this step, open the Content Directory Manager, select the library where NGV7 is installed into and move it to top. And then try again.

This is weird, I really can't think of where is the problemcursing
Have you ever tried to use the duf file to add 'blank' new gens to Monique 7, and then use 'Update The Material Of New Gens.dsa' to add material to the new gens?
If this is still unsuccessful, please send me some pictures to show me the file structure of NGV7 you have installed, the user interface of your DAZ Studio, etc. The more information the better.
