Ok, here is the fix:

This is how I set Jepe's hairs with Dicktator... ntngear way, with other words and one more step at the end ;)
1 - Setup G8M, load Dicktator, its shell, and set up its materials as usual;
2 - Load Jepe's bodyhair shell, and on it a hair texture preset WITH genitals;
3 - Select G8M Bodyhair Shell in the scene, in the surface tab select the Torso surface. Copy the surface or save it as a shader preset.
4 - With G8M Bodyhair Shell selected, in the surface tab select all dicktator surfaces holding shift. Paste the material (you may have to apply a basic IRAY shader first) or apply the saved shader preset. In the UV set slot, select G3M_G8M gens UVs 2
5 - If you see the anus in the render, we need to blur Jepe's hair edge. With G8M Bodyhair Shell selected, in the surface tab select Dicktator_Genitalia_G8M_Rectum & Torso_Back, select Layered Image Editor for the cutout opacity texture. Add a layer with the mask provided in the zip.
There is a second way, involving using Jepe's hairs without genitals on Dicktator, with the default UVs. You then need to mask the shaft and the anus. I like the results of the first way better, so I'll skip it. ;)
