Hi. I was browsing the store and all of a sudden, the links wouldn't work and when I tried to backtrack to the front page, it was simply gone. Obviously, that's no longer the case, but it was unexpected. Was it just some sort of glitch, or was there some sort of compromising incident? Should we be concerned?

There was an issue with the name servers this evening (the stuff that points where a website is located) we caught it pretty quickly so the actual downtime was pretty minimal, everything seems to be back to normal.

basically it was just a glitch, nothing to worry about

Site was just down again, and there have been outages as early as yesterday at ~6pm, that was the first I noticed.

So it wasn't just me. For about 24 hours, Firefox was giving me a 404, IE was linking me to a page showing who had registered the domain, and "Is It Up Right Now" was showing that the site was available, but just not for me at the moment. Glad to see everything's alright again.

I'm still periodic 404's or the page domain page. Something's not right.

it can take up to 48 hours for all DNS to update for everyone around the globe,

the site IS up and running though even if you are not able to access it right at the moment.

(just gotta love tech :( )

Also make sure you try clearing cookies if you're just getting random 404 errors

It's pretty random for me. It'll be fine and then it will kick me off and keep me out for 20-30 minutes. Then it'll work again for 5 or 10 minutes, then not again for an hour.
